Ingredients for the ZERO carb crust:
1 can of chicken (12.5 oz)
1/4 cup Parmesan
1 egg
Salt & pepper
Italian seasonings
Toppings:
Alfredo sauce
Mozzarella
Thinly sliced broccoli
Sliced onions
Bacon
Instructions:
1. Squeeze all of the moisture out of chicken, this will ensure the crust is crispy.
2. Mix with your egg, Parmesan & seasonings.
3. Bake on a parchment lined dish at 450F for 10-12 mins.
4. Take out, add the rest of your toppings & put back in until they melt. (5-10 mins)
